I thoroughly enjoyed bright views!

The hotel was impeccably clean, the staff was extremely helpful and caring. My standard queen room was brand-new. I had a mini fridge bar, air conditioning and a personal safe. The location was convenient and absolutely perfect, in Dorsoduro area! What's more, it was close enough to airport bus stop and railway station as well as taxi.

New building and rooms with comfortable beddings. Marvellous and stunning location, within a close distance from a wide canal...

The room was stylish and silent with smoke detectors for my safety. Walk from train stations, the location was favourable and beautiful, near train station. Didn't like when it was hot outside, went to Pizza al Volo to relax and grab some food.

Unexpected breakfast blunder

Our room was not only clean but offered a lovely view of the canal. The location made it easy to explore Venice, just a short stroll to attractions.

The breakfast was a letdown for this supposed 4-star hotel. Cold food and limited selection were disappointing for 22€ per person. I expected better for the price.

the hot water was a bit of an issue. mornings were a bit too cool for comfort. but the breakfast was exceptional. especially the variety of fresh juices and the beautifully presented pastries. also, the dinner was so good that we ended up eating here every night. truly a delight! staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome.

The hotel was conveniently located. I appreciated the modern feel of my room, despite it being a bit on the smaller side. The view was quite impressive, and it had all the essentials like a kettle and coffee machine. It was a comfortable stay overall, just slightly affected by some exterior noise.

The location made it easy to explore the neighborhood with its cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. I enjoyed sitting at the bar, relaxing after a long day of sightseeing with a drink.

I found the air conditioning system frustrating since I couldn't adjust the temperature myself, and the room safe was difficult to use.

I loved the ambiance of this place! The rooms are super modern and clean with lovely details like coffee machines and robes. Only downside was the noise from outside at night. But overall, it was fantastic 😊

An Enchanted Stay in the Heart of Venice!

My husband and I enjoyed our 3-night escape in Venice from the warm hospitality to fine local recommendations. We loved unwinding at the bar, thanks to Rachel's friendly service. For future guests, explore the nearby attractions by foot and don't miss their delicious cocktails!

The room was super modern and clean, with nice touches like a coffee machine and heated towel rail. Loved the big windows that let in so much natural light. The bed was really comfy too. Just a couple of minor issues with the air conditioning being centralized, so I couldn't adjust it myself, and the safe was a bit tricky to figure out.

Our stay was incredible! The breakfast spread was fantastic, especially the fresh fruit and individual omelettes. The film theme throughout the hotel added a fun touch, and we loved the variety of room lighting.

I fell in love with the bright, spacious room with massive windows that offered a fine canal view! The unique film-themed decor added a good touch. Breakfast was a treat, with a fantastic selection that included warm dishes presented in cute little pots.
